You know that I first make a WMF (Windows Metafile) in Corel or Illustrator and then convert it to PNG. Some people ask me, what the best photo viewer for reading WMF? I say that the best is ACDSee. It doesn't distort the vector file when zoomed in or out. But that viewer isn't free. Also WMF can save quality while zooming in Windows Manager for XP. That's only two viewers for reading WMF without losing quality. I don't know the rest.
